The Crown Bestowed

The constellation of Corona, which means The Crown Bestowed, is made up of seven stars — no two of which are moving in the same direction or at the same speed. In about 100,000 years the group will be in a configuration very similar to that of the Pleiades. The Greek mythology about this constellation is of Theseus, son of the King of Athens, who was imprisoned in a labyrinth in Crete by a wicked half-man, half-bull creature called Minotaur. However, for the love of his betrothed, Ariadne, He slew the Minotaur and was rewarded with a Crown. To the Shawnee Indian civilization, these stars were called the Celestial Sisters. In truth, Corona is the crown of victory to Him who finished the course, Jesus Christ, who called out from the cross, “It is finished!”

The Big Picture

This picture is truly a beautiful truth, a crown! A crown always signifies the rights of rule and ownership.

The Gospel Truth

It was for mankind that Jesus Christ left the glory of heaven to come to this earth. We are love gifts from God the Father to God the Son. We are a crown of His affection for His Son, and as such, we are the most precious of all that He (Jesus) will ultimately inherit from the Father (which is simply, everything that exists). We are the objects of infinite love!

The Star Names

Pay close attention to the names of the stars in each constellation. They will ALWAYS back up the message in The Gospel Truth above.

Corona (L) “. . . a crown”; Atarah (H) “. . . a royal crown”; Al Icil (A) “. . . a jewel”
