For the last thirty-five years, Dr. T. L. Marshall’s ministry has included a brief stint as a bible college instructor (Trinity College, Dunedin, FL), and four years as principal of a Christian school (First Baptist Christian School, Pinellas Park, FL). However, his first and enduring love has been the pastorate, having served as a youth pastor, minister of evangelism, minister of business administration, pastoral counselor, and senior pastor in churches large and small, as well as a house church. He has written numerous bible studies, devotionals, manuals, and theses; also, manuscripts of poetry and fiction. He originally wrote The Heavens Declare as a doctoral dissertation, but during the ensuing twenty years, as he conducted numerous stellar evangelism seminars, he continued his research until it expanded to its present volume. Dr. Marshall currently serves as an associate pastor at Community Bible Church, in Brooksville, FL. He and Beth, his wife of forty-two years, enjoy their small farm in Hernando County, where they are close to their two daughters, sons-in-law, and eight grandchildren.
Dr. Marshall’s work was edited and adapted for the internet by his youngest daughter, Rebecca A. Wylupek. Becca holds a B.A. in English from Clearwater Christian College. She has written and produced for several Christian television networks and also taught secondary English at two local schools. She has written several articles that have been published in various Christian magazines. She is an active member of Community Bible Church in Brooksville, as well. She lives with her husband and three young children in Hernando County, FL and enjoys being at home now and homeschooling her children.
PLEASE NOTE — Special recognition needs to be given to the two main sources of Dr. Marshall’s research. Although there are significant differences in theology of these men, their work was invaluable to Dr. Marshall. They are E.W. Bullinger who wrote The Witness of the Stars and Joseph Seiss who wrote The Gospel in the Stars. Both of these books were published in the late 1800′s and are still available today through large Christian book distributors or Amazon. Both are published by Kregel Publishing.
